Welcome to
Offsite Tours Transportation Cruise Ship page
Are
you planning a Cruise ? Well we can help assist you with all of your
transportation from the Orlando International Airport,
Orlando-Sanford International Airport to Port Canaveral Cruise Ship
Terminals. All of this at an affordable price. We are not a "taxi cab"
or "airport
shuttle bus' service, we are a private Car service that can provide you
and your
family a more personal service. Now you and your family can relax
because you won't have to worry about being cramped up in an over
crowded shuttle. Our personal service can take you directly from your
Orlando Hotel / Resort of any Orlando Florida Vacation Homes to Port
Canaveral Cruise Ships non-stop or as directed. We will even scheduled
your return trip.
When you book with the "airport shuttle" that is provided by the Cruise
Ships your cost is about $30.00 per person each way or let's say $58.00
and it also non refundable so if for some reason your flight is delayed
or late you may be forced to having take a "taxi cab' to the Cruise
Ships. Now do the math a family of 6 would end up paying a little close
to $290.00 or more. It not just that you can book with us for less we
can provide you with the level of service you expect and deserve.
Port
Canaveral Taxi Cabs & Airport Shuttle Bus services v.s Offsite
Tours Transportation Service?
There
are plenty of taxi cabs and shuttle bus companies vying for your
business, so how do you choose? Some people look at price. Well isn't
the price of the transportation the major part of the trip? No price
only reflexs a portion of the over all cost of your transportation. The
part most over looked is the actual " SERVICE " itself. Here's what I
mean. Let's say you call "Taxi Cab Company A" to take you to
the
airport and "Taxi Cab Company A" tells you the meter
price will be
$60.00. Now you say hmmm I wonder what Offsite Tours Transportation
charges let
me give them a call.. Offsite Tours Transportation tells you we charge
$85.00
with a guaranteed scheduled pick-up and we can also make any additional
stops enroute to the Airport at no additional cost. Which service would
you choose?
Let's
say you chose "Taxi Cab Company A" because you said
to yourself well I
can save $50.00 if I book round trip. So you call "Taxi Cab
Company A"
and you give them you information it's booked and paid for by credit
card so now you wait. The day of your departure you sit there waiting
for your taxi cab. Now you already know that the airport is about an
hours travel time from your house, so you tell "Taxi Cab
Company A" to
pick
you up at 5:00 am because you need to be to the airport by 6:30 am for
your 8:30 am flight. Now as you watching the clock it's now 5:20 am
your "taxi cab" is now 20 minutes late. So you hop on the phone call
"Taxi Cab Company A" and you tell them my "taxi cab" is late
whenwill
it arrive? The person on the other end of the line hasn't got a clue
they tell you that the driver is only 15 minutes away please wait. So
now your'e stuck waiting. Now while your'e waiting you just remebered
that you needed to drop off your prescription so that you can pick it
up when you arrive at your destination. Where is that "taxi cab" ?
finally you here a horn blowing outside in your driveway it's now 5:35
am the driver is now 35 minutes late and you still have to stop at the
pharmacy to drop off your prescription and God only knows how long
that's gonna take. So you load up the "taxi cab" and the driver cuts on
the meter and now your'e off to the pharmacy and then to the airport.
You drop off your prescription and now you're on your way to the
airport. The only problem now is that your driver is not familiar with
your area and not only that he has now gotten lost because he's made a
wrong turn and now you're stuck in traffic and yes the meters running.
Finally you arrive at the airport at 7:30 am and your meter rate came
out to $79.00 Now you go to check- in and now there's a security check
point and the line is long the lady at the check-out counter tells you
that because of the high security level changes just within the past 24
hours that you could possibly miss your flight because you didn't
arrive within the two hour window. I have see this happen on plenty
occasions where guest have literally missed there flights
because there
"taxi cab" or "shuttle bus" shows up late.
Now
you have to ask yourself which is more important Service or Price
because when it all comes down to it as for myself and when it comes to
my family being safe. I'm going with Service first the price becomes
secondary especially when I have to ride with someone who is racing
though traffic. I was in a taxi cab in San Antonio Texas and I told the
driver to either slow down or let me out.
When you decide to
schedule your transportation with Offsite Tours we will be there on
time and we will get you there safe.We aslo guarantee our rates.
