A little something About Us:

In July of 2002 Offsite Tours Transportation Service was introduced to Central Florida. When I first looked at how the Orlando area taxi's,and shuttle companies were operating I thought wow I can do this. Then I noticed not to long afterwards how I was placing my guest at such a great disadvantage because I was not able to provide a certain level of quality and service. I then had to ask myself what was missing? I found out it was the personal service. Anybody can just jump into an Orlando area taxi or shuttle and go to Walt Disney World, Universal Studio's and Sea World. What is it that can make it more of a relaxing experience? I decided that by letting my guest schedule their own pick-up and return times this gave them more control over their vacation time.

Why does it work?

Guest now don't have that feeling of being rushed about. The most relaxing part is knowing that the same driver will be with you for your entire holiday or vacation. Now you don't have to worry about driving around getting lost. How does it feel being the designated driver? Sometimes you end up being the only driver. Well we can take away all of the hassles of having to drive, because we will be there every step of the way. Why do people rent cars? It's quite simple it's for the convenience of having transportation ready to leave when they want. On an average the cost of renting a car is about $60.00 or more a day when you factor in fuel, insurance, state taxes, federal taxes, and actual rental fee. Also what is never factored in is the day you decide to stay in well guest what you still had to pay. Now some hotels and resorts are even charging up to an additional $15.00 or more for parking.

Our Goals:
It has always been my goal to change the way this industry has been going. We have innovative ideas and ways to turn it around just by putting back into place the service aspect.

What is service?

A lot of companies talk about service. Yet there are very few who actually know or undertsand this concept as a whole. Offsite Tours & FLA Charters defines service as this doing everything we can within reason and common sense to make your request happen.

I've always ask myself does the company out there that is undercutting the price really giving the people a great deal? My answer is "NO" am I saying that price does not matter ? Sure it does as long as you can maintain the level of service. But what happens a lot is that because companies don't charge the right price for there service if there is a breakdown ( and these things sometimes happen ) getting someone to pick-up your guest becomes quite difficult. Sometimes these companies won't have the proper insurance or permits so there cost is relatively low but your risk as the consumer is much higher especially if you should be involved in a traffic accident. Most of these companies have to speed to and from different locations putting you and your family at risk. How much is that discount worth to you now? I not saying these things to scare anyone it's just these are the horrible stories I hear from guest all the time. Guest being left out in the rain on and on.

At Offsite Tours we guarantee you that we are not the cheapest but we are affordable and we will do everthing necessary to provide you with a level of service that far exceeds that of other companies. Now granted there will be times when it just will not be possilbe to do certain things due to restraints beyond Our control this can occur on any occasion. We do give our drivers the authority to make decisions based on what has been written within the contract agreement.

All of our drivers are trained professionals and are required to have a clean and safe driving record.
Our drivers are also required to obey all traffic laws.
We are fully licensed and insured.

Future Goals
We are also looking in the future to build a strong network of Independent Transportation & Motor Coach Company's who will have the same passion for service and commitment to industry standards as we do and wiill try to do everything with in resaon to up hold these standards.

In building this network it will help change the way people view our industry as a whole.
